If something didn’t go as expected, we’re here to make it right.

Requesting a Return or Refund

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within
30 days of delivery.
To get started, email us at contact@themuskokacompany.com with:
         ● Your order number
         ● The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
         ● A brief note about what went wrong
         ● A photo (optional, but helpful if there’s visible damage)

We’ll take it from there, kindly and quickly

What Happens Next

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll issue your refund or send a replacement. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Please note: Original shipping charges are not included in the refund, but we’ll always make sure the rest feels seamless.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’re returning an item that isn’t damaged or incorrect, you’re welcome to send it back, as
long as:
        ● It’s within our 30-day return window
        ● The item is unused and in its original condition

Please note:
        ● Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
        ● We’ll share the return address once your request is approved
        ● Exchanges follow the same process — once we receive your item, we’ll ship the replacement or issue your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returns without confirmation.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
          ● Gift cards, trial-size items, and discounted products marked final sale cannot be returned
          ● To maintain fairness, we may limit returns in cases of repeated claims per customer —
but we always handle each case with care

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost in transit:
           ● Let us know within 7 days of delivery
           ● Include a photo and tracking details if available
We’ll prioritize a refund or replacement right away.

Need to Cancel or Make a Change?

If you’d like to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@themuskokacompany.com. While we can’t guarantee changes once an order is being processed, we’ll always do our best to help.
