At Muskoka, we believe your order should arrive with the same ease and intention that goes into every bottle we create. From careful packing to thoughtful delivery, we’re here to make sure it all feels seamless.
Where We Ship
We currently ship across Canada, the United States, and to select International destinations. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your location.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to follow its
journey. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer, but
we’ll always do our best to keep things timely.

Canada
● Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days.
● Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD
United States
● Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days.
● Free shipping on orders over $75 USD
International
● Standard International Shipping: 7–18 business days
● Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
● Free tracked shipping on international orders over $75 USD
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location,
customs processing, and local courier delays.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
If you don’t see your tracking details within 3 business days, please reach out to us at
contact@themuskokacompany.com — we’re happy to assist.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees based on your
country’s regulations. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are
either collected at checkout or by the courier upon delivery.
We’re unable to alter customs documentation or declared values. Thank you for your
understanding.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please allow 2–3
business days, as carriers may mark deliveries early.
If your order arrives damaged, or appears lost or incomplete, email us within 7 days of delivery
at contact@themuskokacompany.com with your order number and (if applicable) a photo.
We’ll make it right.
Order Cancellations & Address Changes
If you need to cancel or update your order, please email us as soon as possible.
While we can’t guarantee changes after an order is processed, we’ll always do our best to
accommodate you.
