Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. What is HOCL, and why is it in your spray?

Hypochlorous Acid (HOCL) is a molecule naturally produced by your body to support skin healing and fight bacteria. We use it because it’s incredibly gentle, deeply hydrating, and backed by science, making it perfect for even the most sensitive skin.

Yes. Our formula is dermatologist-tested, pH-balanced, and free from alcohol and harsh chemicals. Every bottle is made with your skin’s natural balance in mind.

Absolutely. Muskoka fits seamlessly into any routine. Use it before serums or moisturizers, after cleansing, or anytime your skin needs a refresh.

Use it as often as your skin needs — morning, night, and throughout the day. It’s especially great after workouts, long flights, or time in the sun.

Unopened, Muskoka has a shelf life of 12 months. Once opened, we recommend using it within 6 months for best results.

To extend its freshness, store your bottle in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Always keep the cap securely closed when not in use.

Avoid transferring Muskoka into other containers — doing so can expose the formulation to air and contaminants, potentially affecting its purity and reducing its shelf life.

No — Muskoka is different.

Saline sprays hydrate, but don’t support the skin barrier the way HOCl does

Micellar water cleanses but may leave behind surfactants or film. Muskoka hydrates, balances, and supports repair — all in one clean step.

Absolutely. Muskoka is made for the face, neck, chest, and beyond. Use it wherever your skin needs calm, hydration, or balance. Many customers love it on the back, shoulders, underarms, and legs — especially after workouts, hair removal, or hot days.

Never. Muskoka is proudly cruelty-free. We also don’t use any animal-derived ingredients.
